National Ability Center

Designed and constructed to meet the needs of a nonprofit center, this project included a 14,200 square foot dormitory and a separate 7,700 square foot reception and administration building, both supporting daily operations, housing, and program functions.
Weber State Women's Softball Field
Location
Weber State University Ogden, Utah
Constructed to meet NCAA certification standards for college level play, this project included dugouts, bullpen areas, and batting cages. The field was laser graded to precise tolerances, with BioGrass installed in the outfield for durability and performance.
Kearns-St. Ann School
Location
Salt Lake City, Utah
A complete restoration transformed this 100-plus-year-old historic Catholic school into a state-of-the-art teaching facility while preserving its architectural integrity. The project included major seismic upgrades and extensive interior modifications, completed through a ten-year phased approach while the school remained operational. Close coordination with the architect, engineers, Historical Council, and Catholic Diocese ensured success. The project received multiple honors, including National and Utah Excellence in Construction awards and a Salt Lake City Historic Landmark Commission Award of Merit.
