Construction of this freestanding auto sales and service facility for Ford and Chrysler required careful coordination and execution to meet operational demands. The project included a showroom, customer support spaces, parts storage, and a 22,400 square foot, sixteen bay service shop built for efficiency and long term performance.
Union Pacific Railroad Depot

Built to accommodate heavy duty trucks and semi tractor trailer rigs, this facility includes high bay spaces and clear spans for large vehicle access. It was one of several pre engineered structures constructed within the complex.
Gadsby Utah Power Plant

Gadsby, Utah
Supporting Utah Power maintenance and office operations, this project included the construction of a 15,200-square-foot pre-engineered metal building. The facility features a five-ton overhead bridge crane spanning the full length of the maintenance area for efficient equipment handling.
